The Aquaculture Software Transition Champion is primarily responsible for working on-site directly with customers to provide technical support and training for products distributed by Digital Insights.
Success is achieved when the customer is comfortable with operating the technology daily on their own without direct assistance from the Transition Champion.
Current products include iQuatic based products (Shrimp, Salmon, Tilapia).
60% Perform customer support and training -
On site daily at customer location to provide support in product adoption and training personnel on use of the product.
20% Collaborate with other team members and local mentor in identifying product issues and adoption challenges and work towards resolution
20% Continuous Improvement
Participates in product improvement discussions to improve our product and process as well as our ability to serve our customers.
Provide the voice of the customer within Digital Insights.
