As a Sales Manager, you will drive the sales performance of motion products, in Colombia / Ecuador, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy.
You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.

Region Division Head
Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.
Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales.
Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.
Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration.
Defines key sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.
Identifies and evaluates opportunities with existing and potential new customers on a global / local basis, determines plans for implementation and allocates resources.
5 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, working as sales manager with drives and motors in the motion market.
Knowledge of CRM Salesforce.
Experience of business development, account management and cross-selling.
A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms.
Knowledge of inverters and their applications.
Experience working in teamwork to achieve sales results.
Knowledge of the Ecuadorian market.
Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, can-do attitude.
A bachelor s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
Advanced English level is required.
