What role will you play as a member of Colgate’s Customer Development team?
Position Purpose :
Responsible for the fulfillment of the client's commercial quota and monitoring of activities that support the performance of each one.
Provide support to the needs of each client based on the plans established at the beginning of each month, following the CVS of each distributor.
Stay informed about the market, making constant visits to the points of sale in order to determine if commercial plans affect the impact on business growth.
Let’s talk about responsibilities :
Presentation of business plans to client.
Meeting with FDV of each client.
Purchase order entry, monitoring of activities and requirements according to the CVS of each client.
Consolidation of information (Inventories, Sales and Monitoring CONDOR PLAN) of each client.
Visit to wholesalers of PLAN CONDOR assigned to Distributors.
Perform Store Checks at the points of sale.
Consolidation of sales information and market share of each client.
Meeting with the supervisory team for monthly alignments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
Minimun 2 years of experience in the commercial area
Experience in consumer goods companies
Intermediate English Level
Availability to perform field sales visits (Up to 50% of the time)
Mobility for future positions
