Support Engineer for Motorola Infrastructure systems
Responsible for :
Attend customer technical support requests
Perform field visits to make preventive or corrective maintenance over the Motorola systems
Prepare detailed reports about the field activities
Makes recommendations for improvements or changes in the systems to optimize operation
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Receives general instructions on routine work, new projects or assignments
Receives instructions for routine work, new projects or assignments
Makes independent decisions but may receive input from more experienced colleagues
Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
Works on a variety of basic or introductory problems requiring rudimentary analysis and consideration of limited factors
