Role Summary :

Provides basic support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within the Facilities Department in the Baker Hughes Offices.

Essential Responsibilities : Responsible for performing task such as :

Responsible for performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties

Interaction with Quality, Operations, Billing, Sales departments

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Basic computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software packages
  • Knowledge of practices and procedures of the department
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills
  • Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Desired Characteristics : Active University student ONLY Focused on results Solving Problems skills
