Responsible for coordinating, establishing and executing all Human Resource policies, processes and procedures in other areas and functions, to assure the Company s objectives.
Communicate, execute and advise about policies and processes of HR, to reach set objectives.
Facilitate, propose and advise functions responsible of, on the strategies of Development, Recruiting and C&B to achieve the levels of recruiting, development, training, compensation and retention.
Coordinate and give follow up to all admin processes of personnel (hires, terminations, movements) to assure control over the processes.
Support and assure the HR Budget is met through-out the year
Act as a liaison between HR and the function of responsability, to assure the compliance of HR strategies.
Generate value added proposals the impact directly and indirectly the business results.
Give objective solutions to the different problems in the functions responsible of.
Maintain formal communication channels with HR and external clients.
Select and propose options aligned with the results of the functions responsible of.
