As a Billing Associate, you will be responsible for processing all carrier invoices, processing carrier advances, maintaining carrier / customer master files, and processing customer portal invoices.
Some of your responsibilities will be :
Ensure accurate, timely, quality invoice products for our customers.
Ensure complete and accurate customer / carrier records.
Process carrier advances.
Process customer invoices in customer portals.
Upload documents into customer portals.
Studies : High School Degree, university student or any Bachelor's degree, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
Language : B2 or B2+ English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally.
Desirable experience in logistics or customer service related.
The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. (We work by the American calendar).
