Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to cover operational requirements for new projects, in the running of drilling tools, cleaning and drill bits.
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation, execution and evaluation of fieldwork, drilling tool runs, cleaning and drill bits.
Internal and external reports of the runs carried out for the assigned projects.
Performing hydraulics, grading drill bits, disarming / arming BHA, performing Bit condition report, Bitrecord
Hammer control, hammer check list, operations knowledge with impact tools
Handling of impact tools and drill bits
Safely, effectively and excellently execute drilling operations
Minimum Job Qualifications
Higher education in oil, geology, mechanical and electrical engineering
Knowledge in the drill area with a minimum of 4 years experience
Knowledge of impact tools and specialized cleaning tools
Knowledge of HSE parameters during operation
Previous experience in Bit Runner operations.
Mandatory residence in Ecuador.
