JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer / educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
Post-sales - be the lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues and will work closely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate and resolve customer's technical issues.
Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
5 years of field presales experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree;
or equivalent experience.
Background in Cybersecurity, with focus on substantial hands-on experience with security solutions
Strong security architecture design and implementation experiences
Expert level knowledge with routing (BGP, EBPG, OSPF, etc)
Strong understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP / IP
Expert level knowledge with core switching and network access control.
Expert level oral & written communication, organizational, presentation, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient at giving technical presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluent in English
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Graduate degree preferred.
Security and Network Certifications desirable such as : CISSP, CHFI, CEH, CCIE, NSE 8, CCNP, CCNA
Certifications : CCIE, CISSP
Experience and deep knowledge working with Government industry.
English certification desirable
