What the role is
Reports to the F&B Manager the management of the restaurant and bar and their staff to bring the best experience with a great client service to our guests.
What you will be doingEnsure the bar opens on time and that they are ready for the clients.Is responsible to do onboarding & training for the staff.
Must be the Hostess of the F&B AreasIs responsible for the daily operation of the F&B areas.Making sure that giving high-
level customer service.Monitor the Daily brief by daily brief protocol.Making sure that protocols are being followed.Ensure excellent front of house service, allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain the speed of service and cleanliness of the bar.
Keep the staff busy and productive at all times.Ensure stock is received and secured.Ensure all material for the good functioning of the barEnsure staff meets the standards of the bars, addressing and correcting bad practice where need be.
Pre-empt and actively responding to problems that arise and keeping management up to date.
What you will be doing
Ensure a high-quality standard of serviceEnsure the closure of the barAssist in cash handling procedures as requiredAttend all staff meetings.
Ensure health & safety procedures of all Bar staff.
What you need for the role
Previous 2 years of experience in bar or clubDemonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer serviceGood communication skillsAbility to work within a team and supervise a teamAbility to work under pressureExcellent customer care skillsAble to delegate effectivelyMust be the Service master.
Must be expert on detail and focused on the client.Must be Friendly.Must be a Problem solver expert.Must be an Expert of the POS
