As a Program Manager, you will be responsible to surface trustbusters and drive solutions by building collaborative relationships with various transversal teams and leadership.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive strategic operational initiatives that will have a positive impact on our Sellers.

Missions : Identify gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvementsIdentify and analyze to isolate issues, test solutions and prioritize competing program opportunitiesSet up a project management framework included in line with current company frameworkEnsure visibility and tracking of the project's advancementConceptualize and drive program changesDive deep on issues and come up with solutions, working with product teams for long : term implementationAddressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholdersGain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadershipCreating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectivesAnticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade : offs and balance the business needs versus technical constraintProfile requirements : Possess a strong business and analysis background, preferably from a top consultancy related to retail, and technology, and / or in : house in a strategy or business planning role at a leading related companyHave a natural aptitude for translating data into insights, and the ability to define and influence new strategies based on these insightsManage stakeholders well, able to quickly build relationships and credibility, to collaborate with and advise others, and to navigate an organisation to make things happenHave the ability to solve complex, cross : functional business problems while dealing with challenging deadlines and opposing priorities Be flexible and adaptable to manage varying demands of a fast paced business, with a hands : on attitude and attention to the finest of detailHave strong quantitative analysis skills and proficiency in spreadsheet applicationsHave outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skillsKnowledge or eagerness to learn SQL is a plusUniversity degree, MBA or Post : Graduate is a plusSeveral years of relevant experience in consultancy, strategy or Project management rolesA thorough understanding of online and offline retail industry and technology companiesA proven successful project management track recordFluent English is required.

Additional languages are valued, especially French, German, Spanish or ItalianThis role reports to the Senior Sales Operations Manager of Seller Partnerships and New Services teamsWere actively seeking applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
