The purpose of this role is to support theexecution of marketing campaigns, in Latin America and Caribbean, through theday to day operational management of various CRM tools (Salesforce / Tforce, Pardot,Sirius Decision and others).
The Successful candidate will support constructionof campaigns within systems and create target group data as well as assist withthe continued management and monitoring of data quality across our database.
The role holder will also support with regular reporting, analytics andhandling ad-hoc management information requests.
Manage instances of hard bounces’ from E-marketing campaigns
Conducting in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods
Confirm data integrity and perform analysis to identify potential trends.
Continuously monitor quality levels, and manage quality problems.
To manage and work on defined marketing campaign activity schedule supporting the global and regional Sales & Marketing teams
Create campaigns within Salesforce / Marketing Automation tools
Create call down’ and inbound for Inside Sales team to work from and report against
Ensure data management tasks are performed promptly and accurately
Manage several marketing inboxes and forward messages to the appropriate recipients
Skills and Qualifications
Must be able to work methodically and autonomously
Knowledge of HTML is a plus
Experience with Google Analytics and analysing social media preferred
Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, MS Project etc.)
Desired experience in using Salesforce / Pardot / Seismic and understanding of database / CRM
Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish are essential, any other language is a plus
Highly motivated and results oriented with a can-do entrepreneurial spirit
Proven influencing skills using written, and verbal communication including telephone
Strong presentation, communication, organisation, and time management skills
Solid problem solving and consultative skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with minimum supervision
Monitors, maintains schedule of data requirements across the regional marketing team
Accurate and efficient operation of CRM system
Works with and collaborates / supports the various teams
Goes the extra mile, gets positive feedback from other departments commending performance
