The Consultant will join our Real World Services and Analytics Solutions team and be involved in development and delivery of multiple consulting projects with pharmaceutical clients.
Projects cover a broad spectrum including Commercial Excellence, Sales and marketing strategies, Customer Segmentation, Resource optimization and are highly analytical in nature leveraging the IQVIA information assets.
Assists Businesses and other organizations to operate more efficiently by identifying and measuring problems, and recommending, customizing and implementing solutions surrounding management, technology, strategy and clinical life sciences.
Delivers high quality, on time deliverables to client’s projects in the life sciences field. May have broad knowledge of several industries and / or broad experience within a specialty are.
Performs quantitative or qualitative analysis to identify client issues
Reviews and analyzes client requirements and develops insightful, value add proposals; communicates with clients; develops and may present complete client specific solutions and recommendations.
Create client reports. Connect business problems to proper solutions and offerings.
Develops and / or elevates new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.
Provides follow up with client after project deliverables are complete to ensure client satisfaction.
May possess elements of strategic consulting however not primary focus.
Personal & Technical Skills
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills - strong presentation skills with Power Point and ability to create and manipulate data via Excel;
macros and desirable programming knowledge
Management of prescription and sales audit systems, DDD, desirable knowledge in CRM management for medical visits and trade.
Knowledge of the Ecuadorian pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the positions of market analysis, coordination of medical visit teams, junior product management.
Knowledge about the regulations of the Ecuadorian pharmaceutical sector
Desirable knowledge in the Consumer Health sector
Basic experience in the development of field work (PMR Primary Market Research)
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines;
Ability to work on a team
Intermediate - Advanced English
