The BPO(Business Process Owner) will work closely with business leadership and ITdevelopers to deliver process, data and technology solutions.

65%Analysis & Requirements Gathering :
Assess Business Unit / Functionneeds, clearly eliciting, translating, and documenting business, functional andnon-functional requirements.
Facilitate requirementsdiscussions with key stakeholders.
Communicate and clarify therequirements to the design and development resources.
Collaborate with the projectSMEs, other Business Analysts and stakeholders to define project requirementsand change requests.
Assist in translating businessrequirements into functional design specifications.
20%Solution Design :
Assist with creating solutiondesigns across process, data, and technology that meet business requirementsand adhere to relevant standards and principles, leverage common tools andprocesses, and meet cost / delivery objectives
Perform reviews with keystakeholders throughout the design lifecycle to ensure alignment on solutiondesigns and requirements.
Create supporting solutiondesign documentation to ensure sustainment of the solution and businesscapability, support solution implementation as necessary.
Identify issues relating tomissing or misinterpreted business requirements, so that corrective actions canbe developed and applied accordingly.
10%Relationship Management :
Develop new workingrelationships with technology teams, functional counterparts, vendors andbusiness partners.

University degree in Business,IT or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years’ experienceworking as a business analyst on IT projects
