BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Audit client accounts Find and troubleshoot account issues Provide assistance to clients and managers Download and upload reports using web applications ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Testing accurate reporting in Google Analytics Testing web application features MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Must speak and understand the English language at advanced level Complete or incomplete university studies on Business Administration / Marketing / Computer Science or similar subjects Ability to stay connected with internal teams across multiple time zones while working remotely Up to date on technology.

Active on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Good computer skills : Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook Email, Google Drive, etc.

Troubleshooting abilities Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Motivated with good interpersonal skills.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Working knowledge of Google Analytics
