Purpose of the role It is responsible for the relationship with the stores / retailers in the area, performs the planning of growth and definition of consumption and sales goals to ensure compliance with sales objectives, ensuring profitability, growth and participation of the Syngenta portfolio. Responsibilities

  • Assertive communication with stores through the offer of personalized commercial technical support, training and promotions
  • Plan and record visits and activities
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities within their farmers' crops
  • Actively participate in meetings with area management to plan your weekly visits and review your sales goals. It is based on the sales tools
  • Visit the department stores in the area of influence of your farmers
  • Manage the commercial relationship between the agrocompany and Syngenta, suggest and negotiate orders
  • Promotes and strengthens collaboration schemes at all levels between agro-companies and Syngenta
  • Defines sales plans, growth objectives and profitability in all products of the integrated crop portfolio Syngenta
  • Monitors the sale and profitability of the stores, reviewing in parallel the development of the action plans
  • Coordinates and executes marketing strategies for new and current products
  • Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience.
