What you need to know :

  • Reports to the Direct Marketing Manager, responsible for establishing good relationships with sponsors and brokers, cares about attracting new products and looking for the increase in sales of the different lines of business, carries out techniques and strategies focused on existents sponsor.
  • Oversee product evolution and establish go-to-market strategy.
  • Organizes plans and executes sales strategies, proposes concrete solutions to possible business inconveniences.
  • Manage P&L
  • Negotiate and interact with the different areas of AIG and of the Sponsors, to generate demand and new campaigns clearly articulating the value proposition.
  • Strategic thinking / visioning and analytical skills
  • Growth mindset.
  • Digital and telemarketing Knowledge is a plus (non-excluded)
  • English level : Advance (writing and speaking).
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willing and able to adapt to change.
